Standing Strong Against Cancer

The Missing Piece Tattoo’s Community Commitment

At The Missing Piece Tattoo, located in the heart of Spokane, our commitment extends beyond the art of tattooing. We believe in using our platform to support the causes that matter most to us and our local community. Back in 2014 and 2015, our studio proudly hosted events aimed at raising awareness and funds for cancer research, demonstrating the power of Spokane’s community spirit.

These events were a true testament to Spokane’s support network, bringing together local artists, clients, and supporters to contribute to the fight against cancer. While the original coverage from KXLY News has since been removed, the impact of these events is still felt within our studio and among the Spokane community.

A Personal Connection: Supporting Spokane’s Susan Webber

Cancer has touched our studio family in a deeply personal way. Susan Webber, one of Spokane’s talented local tattoo artists, has recently been diagnosed with cancer. Susan has been an integral part of The Missing Piece Tattoo, known for her creativity, warmth, and the unique touch she brings to her work. As she faces this challenge, we are rallying together to support her, just as Spokane has supported us over the years.

We invite our Spokane community and beyond to join us in supporting Susan during this difficult time. You can contribute directly to her GoFundMe campaign here. Every donation, no matter the size, helps ensure that Susan can focus on her recovery while we, her Spokane community, stand beside her.

Continuing Our Mission in Spokane

Our commitment to raising awareness and supporting those affected by cancer in Spokane is ongoing. We continue to use our Spokane tattoo studio not just as a space for art, but as a hub for meaningful community action. Whether it’s through fundraising events, awareness campaigns, or simply providing a supportive environment for those in need, The Missing Piece Tattoo remains dedicated to the Spokane community.

We invite you to watch this YouTube video highlighting some of the work we’ve done in Spokane and to join us in future efforts to make a difference. Together, with the support of the Spokane community, we can continue to fight against cancer and support those in need.
