Ryan Marek

RYAN’s story

Born in the San Francisco Bay Area and later raised in Western Montana, Ryan Marek has been an artist since childhood, influenced by his grandmother, who taught him oil painting and wood carving. After moving to Spokane in the late 90s, Ryan continued to develop his artistic skills, working with pen and ink, acrylics, sculpture, and digital art.

Ryan found his home at The Missing Piece Tattoo Studio after being tattooed by Kas and meeting Zack. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and the supportive community made it clear that this was the right place for him to bring his unique artistic vision to life.

Specializing in illustrative and freehand abstract surrealism, Ryan is eager to expand his portfolio with more realism. He’s excited to push his artistic boundaries and contribute to the vibrant tattoo community in Spokane.
